Here my latest model diorama:

A J-2 1/20 Rocketdyne Canoga factory diorama, the J-2 is a 3D printing design from desinger Josh Tschirhart, the two clean room figures are from Max GrĂ¼ter the rest added details on J-2 and transport wagon are done by myself in 20 hours of fun building.

Jim Key from Accurate Models let me know he was also busy with a J-2 1/20 kit, if there is enough asking is for a J-2 kit he maybe want produce a series.

New diorama: Theme Apollo 16 with John Young and Charles Duke standing next moon experimental test with FUVC (Far Ultraviolet Camera/Spectograph). This one 1/6 I have build it myself and is plating in real gold. Astronauts are from sculpter Ignacio Bernacer Alpera.

Time I spent in this one 132 hours, weight 30 pounds.

Great seeing the handiwork of talented cS members! Now all you need to complete the 'primates in space' would be similar models for Enos, Able, Baker etc. But you would have to build more shelf space!

If the J-2 becomes available, please post the info at collectSPACE. I know someone who worked on the J-2, and would like very much to have the kit to build in his memory. Thanks!

Thanks!!

Tomorrow June 3 it's 50 years ago that the both countries Russia and the United States make there first human spacewalk in a cold space race but it can also could have been different, as in friendly hand shake.

Design figures 1/12 are from Max Grueter, the figures are in bronze, the globe in sterling silver, a hard difficult model this one.

The beautiful patch design is from Tim Gagnon.

Thanks so much for the photos of your Alan Shepard golf pieces. They're all great.

In particular, I really love the first one... "Miles, and miles, and miles..." but the others are very creative too. Are these for sale anywhere? Thanks.

Very nice work Pascal. The paintings by Al Bean are very inspiring. Love this painting. These astronaut figures are great. I hear they will be doing Neil and Buzz in 1/12 soon.
