Help. I am in need of recommendations for a durable shuttle model to be used in educational displays and to be used to describe the shuttle during presentations.

What do you recommend? Need it fast too.

This is a great model and for $29 if it gets lost or broken it is cheap to replace.

I have used it for a Boy Scout presentation and it worked well.

That shuttle playset indeed looks like a good one to me as well since it strikes a nice compromise between the durabiliy of a toy and the look of something like a model without appearing to be too cheesy.

A built Revell 1/144 shuttle kit might also work since it can be destacked somewhat if built properly. But if time is short, then that is going to limit how much work can be done to it. Of course the durability factor of it will depend on how well it is built.

I prefer the 1/100th scale mahogany wooden models which are very strong.

All times are CT (US)
