Many years ago, I owned a Russian "space helmet" (most likely a high-altitude helmet) that I bought on eBay. In a lean time, I sold it, but I made this website to show it off.
Since then, I've never seen another one like it. Does anyone know what specific helmet this is?

Looks similar to GSh-9AP on this page.

I have the same helmet on a suit that Abramov and Skoog describe in their book "Russian Spacesuits" as the "Sokol Aviation" pressure suit.
The basic "Sokol" suit was developed for high altitude flight and the "Sokol K" suit for spaceflight. The book has a picture of the entire suit with outer flight coverall.
While the GSh-9 looks similar it has differences in the visor pivot mechanism and pressure regulator. The GSh-9 was used with a partial pressure suit for high altitude flight, and the link to the GSH-9 image shows the neck collar attached to the suit that mates with the partial pressure suit.
The Sokol Aviation helmet is an interesting helmet with all its externally mounted parts.
