I recently acquired a helium test point coupling for the Apollo lunar module's RCS (reaction control system).
I’m pretty sure it is a flight spare but not certain that it's not GSE (ground service equipment). Any opinions or more information would be greatly appreciated.

I think I had originally sold this from items I had gotten from the Charles Bell estate auctions of 2000. (Bell was a NASA engineer at KSC who had acquired literally acres of surplus from KSC.)
The flight coupling is -1. This -2 coupling is the ground side.

If you search the NASA Technical Reports Server (NTRS.NASA.GOV) search for Command Module/Service Module Reaction Control Subsystem Assessment document. Although not specifically about the Lunar Module, this test point coupling is identical. It is a 600 plus page document, but you can find a lot of info on this part, including drawings of the airborne and ground halves.

That’s exactly the information I was looking for. I’m disappointed it’s not flight hardware but it’s good to know how exactly this piece was used on the LM as GSE. Thanks so much for your input.
