I believe this keypad was used in a shuttle simulator. Would anyone be able to provide any more information? Would there be some sort of chart that would show the specific codes the astronauts would enter on the keypad? Thank you in advance.

Just from my time at Space Camp, it would be something like OPS 304 PRO EXEC. Or, ITEM 15 EXEC. |

The ACK in the upper right was used to acknowledge a Caution and Warning indicator, telling the computer "Never mind that." The Crew can silence the warning tone that goes with it, but they must wait for Mission Control for the go-ahead to press it. It's usually a sensor malf, but you never know. |
