1994, Norman Thagard and Bonnie Dunbar started training at Star City, Moscow. Bonnie Dunbar often wore the Sokol suit of Yelena Kondakova.

Have seen a photo of Thagard and Dunbar training in Russian spacesuits. Dunbar is wearing Kondakova's suit. Thagard might be wearing Alexander Viktorenko's suit.

I remember seeing a 1969 photo of Dr von Braun wearing a Gemini space suit and going into a pool in order to be convinced that the NBL Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory water tank would be of great benefit.

Interesting to see Walt Cunningham presenting the Apollo space suit at ILC Dover, while during Gemini era, Michael Collins was responsible for space suit and EVA.

By August 1967, the A6L spacesuit was replaced by the heavier and more flexible A7L spacesuit, with Beta Fabric replaced by Nomex and Kapton Beta fiberglass insulation replaced with Mylar-Dacron insulation.

The photo with Walt Cunningham was probably August 1968 and ILC had two suit engineers aka "test subjects" presenting the spacesuit: Tom Sylvester and Ronald Woods.

NASA photo S76-30470 dated December 1976 shows female "test subject" Debbi Guichard and NASA suit technician Al Rochford checking out an Apollo era spacesuit on a treadmill.

The spacesuit had "Conrad" nametag on it.

In July 1964, both John Young and Gus Grissom were pictured wearing a pressure suit with nametag Regular/Medium as the early Gemini suits were not yet attributed to a specific astronaut.

I guess his Apollo suit wasn't available, because there is this Apollo 7 training photo of backup CMP John Young inside the command module wearing a Gemini suit with what looks like a Medium Regular name tag.
