I thought this might be of interest to some. Felix Baumgartner's jump from the edge of space wrote history – this limited certificate with a piece of the original Stratos helium balloon allows you to be part of that history! It is perfectly presented on an aluminum plate with Stratos details and makes the atmosphere of exceptionality appreciable. - Original Stratos helium balloon
- Aluminum plate with Stratos details
- Felix Baumgartner's picture and signature
- Joe Kittinger's picture and signature
- Limited to 1500 pieces
- Size: 40x21.3 cm

Are those facsimile signatures printed on the display or real?

They appear to be facsimile (and at the price the certificate is being offered, I would assume as much). |

It appears that the "certificate" is actually made of aluminum. |

I assumed that as well based on the price. Even if printed, these presentations easily could have been priced double (or triple!) so I am excited to add this item to my artifact collection. And a big thank you to aero-engineer for the heads up! |

I've just received my certificate this morning. It's a lightweight aluminium plate approx 8.5"x15.5". The balloon sample is approx 4.5"x1".It's very nicely printed and the text is raised. Baumgartner and Kittinger's 'signatures' are etched into the paint, revealing the aluminium underneath. Highly recommended! |

Yes, I also received my presentations today. Top quality item and each presentation is enclosed in a khaki cloth drawstring bag. They are fairly large in size and the artifact is of generous proportion. I highly recommend ordering one (or two or four) before they run out. I also need to add... the pictures on the website do not do this presentation justice. The colors, especially of Earth, absolutely pop off the surface. |

I just ordered a few, and just some few are left. By the way, all net revenues of this certificate sale go to spinal cord research of Wings for Life. |

Just got mine through. I was worried they had sold out. Back in November, they were not available. I have to second the comments here. It is fantastic. Much better than the photos on the website. |

I'd like to get one of these but the site has a notice that they cannot deliver to the U.S. The U.S. store site does not have it shown for sale either. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

I was able to get one of these (thanks Fred!) and it looks fantastic. The graphics are as nice as everyone described and it's a sizable artifact compared to most of the space items on the market. Highly recommended if you can still get your hands on one. |
