Seems that the Space Flight Awareness Office is still giving out medals with flown metal. This particular medal is an SFA Team Award, this medal appears to be a generic (non-specific) team award and was given out to Made in Space, Inc. Here is the blog entry that shows the award. Has anyone heard about these new SFA Team awards?

As an award, rather than a memento, its distribution is limited. The astronaut is based on this photo of Joe Tanner during the STS-115 mission in 2006.
