From The Danbury Mint... NASA Missions Silver CommemorativesAvailable in One Troy Ounce and Half Troy Ounce - Proof quality fine art commemoratives minted in .999 fine silver and honoring the greatest moments in America's historic space program.
- Master sculptors study every detail of official NASA mission artwork before carefully sculpting an exacting design. Skilled artisans then transform the sculpting into steel dies used to mint these commemoratives. For our high-quality proof issues, we strike the commemoratives twice so every detail shows in full raised relief. We then finish the commemoratives with a lightly frosted image and a shiny, mirror-smooth background.
- An elegant hardwood display chest and hardcover book that details the most important events in the history of space travel, including the missions featured in your collection. Both are FREE with each subscription.

Anybody have any thought on the new NASA Missions Silver Commemoratives being sold by the Danbury Mint? I am considering them but they are a bit pricy. |

I count 49 x $78 each = too expensive for me. I like too many other things, pictures, models, etc. | |
