Apollo 9 marked the first manned flight of all Apollo lunar hardware in Earth orbit. Launched March 3, 1969, James McDivitt and Russell Schweickart flew Spider on the first crewed flight of a Lunar Module, while David Scott piloted the Command Module Gumdrop.

The attached is a segment of electrical wiring harness removed from the Apollo 9 Command Module. Originally presented to a VIP encased in lucite, it was removed and attached to this presentation by Spaceflori.
