Peanut Cubes (Food)

Mission: Gemini-Titan   Crew: Unknown
Comment: Nutritious and appealing

Peanut cubes, such as this package, which was prepared for a mission aboard a Gemini spacecraft, were among the bite-size foods the crew could select from at meal time. A gelatin coating was applied to cubes like this to keep from crumbling when consumed.
