I learned that space shuttle Atlantis received it's all-glass cockpit in 2000 or so. Are all orbiters at this present time upgraded or are there differences?

Atlantis was the first orbiter to receive the glass cockpit (Multi-function Electronic Display System or MEDS) during its 1998 modification period, and it was used for the first time on mission STS-101 in May 2000.
Columbia was the second orbiter to undergo the upgrade, arriving in Palmdale in September 1999 and first flying with it installed on STS-109 in March 2002.
Discovery was upgraded during its Orbiter Major Modification period beginning in 2002 and flew it with it first on STS-114 in July 2005. Endeavour received its glass cockpit in December 2003 and will first launch with it on STS-118 in August 2007.

The space shuttle started flying with nine electronic display panels, aka a glass cockpit, in 2000. Did any of these display panels fail during a mission?
I believe I recall one or two possible incidents, but my memory is very fuzzy on this issue.
