Hi All, Just a quick question; is there anything space-related in Tokyo (and it's environs) worth a visit? I'm going on Tuesday for a short work trip, and just thought it would be worth checking before I go, rather than finding out after I get back (my usual approach). Cheers, Matt T |

Don't know about the space stuff but pay attention to the colors of the trains or you'll end up in Sasebo! Mike |

Hi, MattAfter few unsuccessful tries to get in contact with first japan cosmonaut Toehiro Akiyama (Soyuz TM10-TM11 on December 1990 MIR trip), who worked for TBS INC (Tokyo Broadcasting Systems), I know only NASDA Web page: http://www.nasda.go.jp/index_e.html Check it out,- they migfht point you to some interesting space related places in Tokyo. I've got T.Akiyama Sokol KV2 gloves, but all I could find is his current address. So seems like japan cosmonauts lead a pretty secluded life. Anyway, have a nice Japan trip....
