Hi thereHas anyone had dealings with Jeremy at Apollospace before. About 18 months ago back when he still supplied astro autographs I ordered a couple of FDC's from him. Now I realise that i live in the uk and postage takes about a week to get there, but the wait time for these items was ridiculous! At least 4-5 weeks. He failed to reply to ANY of my emails requesting progress on the order and I reluctantly sent him a final email 'demanding' to know what was happening. Now I realise that I am not in a position to judge because i dont own my own business, but is this really the way to do things? So much time has passed now that i thought I'd give him another shot. I've ordered some Apollo photos from him with a view to getting them signed. Its been 3 weeks now. I've sent him 2 emails and he hasn't replied to either. Am I jumping the gun here? I dont mind the wait but I like to be kept informed. Anyone else had probs with Apollospace? Sorry if this seems a little harsh but when you deal with people like Donnis at LunarLegacies, you kind of expect the same service. Steve |

I have dealt with Jeremy a number of times and have always been very happy with the items when received. That being said, on occasion, the items I ordered did take a few weeks longer than I would have anticipated. Based on experience I would say that three weeks is nothing to worry about and that you will be happy with the photos when they arrive. |

Jeremy is in Africa right now and will return sometime in August. We conversed via e-mail prior to his leaving (concerning an order) and he indicated that he would be in touch with me when he returned. I got the impression that the business is being generally taken care of while he is gone but that it will not truly be "running" until he is back.I too have been pleased with ApolloSpace. Prior to his leaving for Africa I asked for his assistance in obtaining something that he cannot usually offer - he promised to do his best with my special order when he returned. He was very accomodating to this request and quoted a fair price. If it works out I will certainly admire his flexibility! I hope that this helps! I dealt with him right before he left for Africa and was quite pleased. I'm sure he'll take care of things when he gets back.------------------ Barbara |

I called Jeremy in June just prior to his leaving for Africa. I needed something in a hurry and he was literally on his way out the door. He explained that someone would be taking care of things while he was gone but that he wouldn't be able to get what I needed as quickly as I needed. He referred me to someone that would. That's a plus in my book. BTW, thanks Donnis!Mike |

Jeremy has had personal problems over the last year (no big secret, he discussed it in his emails and website)and this slowed the business down from time-to-time. And yes, he was a bit slow answering my emails on occasion, as well as with shipping. All that being said, he still offers the best value for the money when it comes to photographs, and his autograph prices seem pretty good too. So what if you have to wait a little longer, this is hobby stuff, not food for the baby, so relax...that's what a hobby is supposed to be anyway, relaxing.Doc |

At times due to travel & such he's been alittle slow but ALWAYS come through.------------------ Happy trails, Wayne Edelman (you-are-go-for-tli) "Take sides! Always take sides!
