Will all the people who have bought tickets for the launch that was delayed still have their tickets good for the next date in July? or will there be more tickets avaliable for the July date?

Your tickets are good for the mission, whenever it launches. If you cannot make the launch any longer they are accepting refunds, or you could try to sell it to someone else (the tickets are not in name).
