I'm not working now so my life is VERY boring! I check Collectspace, Ebay, and all of our members websites. This is done throughout the day and evening! I'm constantly trying to figure out what I can afford to buy and hoping something I need shows up somewhere. (hint) STS 3 and STS 4 crew signedDave |

I think my life has come full circle now. My son now buys me toys. Space toys, of course! Usually our vacations have some sort of space connection where I go off and collect and they go do their tourist things and we meet later! |

I do also - at work! (my job is painfully boring, but I'm fortunate to have one though)

Anyone else have dreams about finding great space memoribilia at garage sales, or meeting astronauts and having them sign the lithos you just happen to have with you? |

lewarren, The lesson here is carry everything with you at all times and don’t stop going to garage sales. I still find great stuff there from people who obviously don't know about CollectSpace!!! |

I found a copy of that NASA SP book "expeditions to the moon" for free at a garage sale. Sold it for $70 on Ebay (I already have my own copy).I also found a framed poster of an Alan Bean print "Neil Armstrong's moment of triumph" at a garage sale for $2.50 last summer. I quicky grabbed that and it's on my wall now. |
