From the NewsChannel 19 Newsroom 11/7/03Huntsville is the rocket city. A town of space marvels with it's space museum. But not everything is on display. And the U.S. Space & Rocket Center took NewsChannel 19 on an exclusive tour of its attic. You might be surprised to see some of the things we found in NASA's attic. And while there are incredible things on display at this center museum, there are archives that absolutely boggle the mind. http://www.whnt19.com/Global/story.asp?S=1516191&nav=1VPtIzId [This message has been edited by Robert Pearlman (edited November 08, 2003).] |

Since they have so much extra stuff.... Let me be the first to volunteer, I'll be more than happy to take some items off their hands |

I didn't see the video, but were these items found at MSFC or at the Rocket Park. In either case, where exactly was it? Thanks. |

They actually have artifacts at both places. In fact, I used to work for the center while growing up in Huntsville. I remember being astounded by the huge collection of spacesuits from every era stored under the spacedome theater. They were just all lying there, rack after rack. There is no telling what else they have in storage. |
