I've recently acquired a collection of items from an Apollo Flight Crew Support member, and have found it interesting to see what is inside some of the unsigned covers with a flashlight. I'm including some photos below, but it basically appears to be a typed folded thank you note, some stamps, and a computer punch card I have not figured out how to translate. Is it common to find items outside of the usual card in Apollo covers, and if so, what else has somebody found?

The computer punch card could just be a stuffer to stiffen the envelope. You find that quite often in covers. |

I've also found punch card, but my favourite find was a handwritten letter inside an Apollo 17 cover. I had to open the envelope with a knife, which was a real shame, but I loved the letter inside, which explained what the envelope was! |

A slightly different kind of find in a cover. | |
