What ever happened to Shepard's makeshift golf club that he used on Apollo 14? Did he take that home as a souvenir or is it still on the moon?
If I were him I would have taken it home! This has always bugged me so if someone knows the answer I'd greatly appreciate it.

Shepard did bring the club back with him to Earth but it remained the property of the U.S. government (with the exception of the "genuine six iron" head, the club was assembled from the handle of the contingency sample collection device).
On March 22, 1973, Shepard requested permission to transfer the club to the U.S. Golf Association's museum in New Jersey:
His request was approved and the club remains on display in Far Hills, NJ to this day (though the Golf House is currently closed as it undergoes renovations).

I swear I saw it at the National Air and Space Museum in the Apollo to the Moon exhibit. I must have been mistaken.

I've seen that too but I'm positive it said it was a reproduction. But it didn't say anything about the real one so I've always been stumped till today.

You weren't mistaken, you were just looking at a replica. From the National Air and Space Museum's website:
Lunar golf club made by golf professional Jack Harden. Replica of golf club head, gift of Alan B. Shepard Jr.
