Any one have info on this rectangular medallion honoring the trans-Atlantic flight of Charles Lindbergh, as issued by the Aeronautical Chamber of Commerce of America? Date of manufacture? Was it for a specific event?

Appears to be coated with a thin yellow shellac. Best seen in the photo of the edge (photos via eBay item no. 166732589899).
